Should I make an appointment to visit Luxe Design Center?

Yes. If you are currently renovating your home or constructing a new one, a showroom consultation is recommended. Please call your local showroom to schedule an in-house consultation with one of our highly trained product experts!

If you are replacing a product or two, or don't require an expert consultation for your purchase, you can chat with us , connect with a Product Expert online or call us at 1-800-638-8875 for immediate assistance from the comfort of your own home.

How much time is needed for a showroom visit?

You should allow 1-4 hours to complete your showroom consultation, depending on the size and intricacy of your project(s). When calling to make your appointment, you may certainly ask for a better estimation of how long your appointment will take.

What should I bring with me to my showroom visit? Will I need any home measurements?

Can I pre-shop online or bring ideas with me?

Please bring any relevant measurements for your project with you to your appointment. Your Ferguson consultant will need these to best guide your visit and suggest custom product options for your bath, kitchen and lighting needs. You can also prepare for your consultation by completing a Showroom Checklist outlining the specific requirements and layout of your home.

You can absolutely pre-shop before your visit! You may want to view our Inspiration Gallery to identify your favorite styles and trends, or browse our online Product Catalog for your favorite brands. Our product experts love and encourage your creativity and style too! Be sure to bring along magazine photographs, color swatches, paint chips, rug patterns or anything else that reflects your vision for your home.
